Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, it is available at the bottom of every page on the website.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Guitar Practice website via the contact page, online booking page, and subscription forms. The types of information collected on this website include: full name, email address, phone number, and any other information you send in a message.

Subscriptions & E-mail Data

Our website offers users the option to subscribe for periodical updates. This is done with a name and e-mail address for registration. All information that is collected will never be shared with any 3rd party.

In addition, all outgoing e-mail contains our mailing address and a simple unsubscribe link that can be used by the recipient to remove themselves from our mailing list. Once removed – you will no longer get any e-mail from us. These features are in place to improve our user experience.

Cookies

We use cookies to provide the services and features offered on our website, and to improve our user experience.
Cookies are small files or other pieces of data which are downloaded or stored on your computer or other device, that can be tied to information about your use of our website (including certain third party services and features offered as part of our website).
By using this website you agree to such use of cookies, unless you later decide to disable them. Please note that if you delete or disable our cookies you may experience interruptions or limited functionality in certain areas of the website.

External Links

This website contains some links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these web destinations. You are encouraged to read the individual privacy policies of those websites to be sure they match our high standards.

Customers

Those that buy products on this website are asked for additional information. This data is used to process each sale, and to mail out any physical orders to the correct customer. We keep records of customer data including: name, street address, e-mail address, phone number, and other contact information. Again this information is never shared with any 3rd party. We do NOT hold credit card data of any kind. Our payment processing is done via PayPal who manages all of that information. In some cases we have the ability to see the last 4-5 digits of a credit card for future client verification. Customers that have purchased from us are also added to our mailing-list by default. However, as stated above – all outgoing e-mail contains a simple unsubscribe link that can be used by the recipient at anytime

We use the information you provide about yourself when contacting Guitar Practice only to meet your requests and to provide you with the highest standard and quality of service that we offer.
